GLOWE is an XML file format and is based on industry best practices in widget development. GLOWE is continiously adapted to the evolutions in the widget space. GLOWE is open, so everyone can use the specification for free. Over time, a mobile widget standard will emerge. GLOWE will keep evolving towards that standard.
